More than Just an Online Store

Everything Lodi Bags Plus (LBP) offers is handmade and created for each individual customer's specifications.  If it can be sewn and embroidered, LBP will  create a one-of-a-kind accessory based on your input.

The Gallery will provide you with samples of items made for other customers and friends.  You can contact LBP to request something you've seen on the website.  I'll ask you questions about what you are trying to create, and together we'll come up with an artful accessory personalized for a gift or for yourself.

About LODI BAGS PLUS

LBP Establishment & Mission

Lodi Bags Plus (LBP) was named for the town that I've made my final residence. Lodi is a quaint place with a lot of history and a real old-fashioned home town feel located in the heart of California's Central Valley Wine Country.

It is my mission to make accessories with fabric using thread as my "painter's pallet"  with the hope that I can please my customers with personal creations that they had a hand in helping to create.  My products will vary in type and design as they will be the product of the client using my skills as a seamstress to develop their one-of-a-kind  item.

A message from Lisa Terry, sole proprietor

My first love of the arts was music.  I was a music major in college, wrote music and played in bands.  Then life happened and I  retired a few years ago from a long stint as a civil servant.

After surviving breast cancer  3 years ago, I was in search of something I could do to re-focus my life.  Having a life-long love for creative activity, I decided to get back to basics.  My love of sewing and embroidery began over 50 years ago with the best teacher in the world - my Mother.  Although, life took me in many directions, I still enjoy the creative aspect of sewing.  My cancer treatment caused an issue with my hands, so I couldn't embroider anything intricate as I had in my youth, but I discovered the amazing

Embroidery Machine this past year, and it has opened up an infinite realm of creative possibilities.
